Thursday, 02nd September

Reach YogMatra Hostel in Urgam Valley
Reach our base camp in Urgam Valley. YogMatra Hostel has been created very close to nature on the Rudranath Trek route with the concept of sustainable and community living. Stay will be in dormitory style. Welcome tea and dinner will be provided.
Friday, 03rd September

Explore Urgam Valley and visit Kalpeshwar Mahadev Temple
Today we will explore Urgam Valley and visit Kalpeshwar Mahadev Temple, the 5th and the last kedar temple in Panch Kedar temple series. We will also visit Kalpeshwar waterfall.

Trek to Dumak Village
Distance : 14 kms
Difficulty Level : Moderate
Today we will start our trek to Rudranath with stopver at Dumak village. Stay in dormitory style will be provided. Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner will be provided.
Sunday, 05th September

Trek to Rudranath via Pannar
Distance : 18 kms
Difficulty Level : Easy
This is gonna be a long day and we have to start early in order to reach way before sunset to enjoy the panoramic views of Himalayan Peaks and mesmerizing evening Aarti. Here also the stay will be in dormitory. Breakfast, Packed lunch and Dinner will be provided.
Monday, 06th September

Trek down to Dumak Village
Distance : 18 Kms
Difficulty Level : Easy
During sunrise we will visit Saraswati Kund, just behind Rudranath temple in which you can see the reflection of major himalayan peaks. Since its Monday which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, you can take a dip in the lake and offer your prayers in the temple. We will also do Mahamrityunjay Mantra chanting near the lake. Breakfast, Packed Lunch and Dinner will be provided.
Tuesday, 07th September

Trek down to YogMatra Hostel
Trekking Distance : 14 Kms
Difficulty : Easy
After breakfast we will trek down to Urgam Valley. Breakfast, Packed Lunch and Dinner will be provided.
Wednesday, 08th September
Date : September 8, 2021
Checkout and End the trip
After breakfast, the trip will be ended. And you have choice either to stay back at the YogMatra Hostel or go back to Rishikesh. You can stay at the hostel by paying 800 Rupess per day.
- The stay will be provided in a traditional home stay. Triple/Quadruple sharing will be done on the basis of Male/Female count. This is a budget trip and focus is more towards experiencing local culture and promoting tourism in the village.
- Vegetarian Indian meal will be provided. Meals as mentioned in the day wise itinerary will be provided.

Yes anyone can do. This is a long trek and you need mental strength more than physical strength to complete this trek.
In day time its hot and sunny. The mornings and nights are colder where temperature is around 0 - 5 degrees. However this speculation is based on experience and you can never predict weather in the Himalayas.
